Rental Terms and Conditions
IT IS AGREED
That I am renting the listed instrument from Columbus Percussion. I agree to pay $12.90 for the initial rental period of 12 Weeks. Thereafter, I agree to pay $26.88 monthly.
CREDIT APPROVAL
Columbus Percussion reserves the right to refuse or cancel this agreement at any time subject to credit approval or prior credit history. Credit approval will be obtained through a credit reporting agency and/or Columbus Percussion. Columbus Percussion reserves the right to request credit approval prior to issuing an instrument. Renter agrees that Columbus Percussion may charge their MC/VISA/DISC/AE number supplied for any payments in default or for the entire balance if their account becomes more than 60 days past due.
Columbus Percussion may use any email address provided to contact me in regards to my account including but not limited to late, delinquent, and instrument pick-up notices.
RETURNS
That I reserve the right to return the instrument listed at any time and this agreement will be canceled providing all payments are current. No refund of money will be made when instrument is returned. Do not return instrument with any school employee unless instructed to do so by Columbus Percussion. An additional month’s rental shall be due and payable if instrument is returned more than 10 days past due. Renter is responsible for all payments and security of instrument until it is in the possession of Columbus Percussion.
SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Columbus Percussion agrees to furnish renter with an instrument in proper working condition, and will not assume responsibility for maintenance past normal wear and tear (normal wear does NOT include any drops, dragging instrument, etc) Any other damage or loss which may occur to the instrument including but not limited to fire and theft is the responsibility of the renter. Rental insurance coverage is the responsibility of the renter, though not required.
