Headhunters Shoots Bundle Sticks
The downside to most bundled rods using birch is their durability. With Shoots, the 19 rods are bamboo dowels formed into the hexagonal shape. Bamboo is heavier and more flexible than birch but extremely durable making them a great choice for heavy hitters that may not need bounce at low volume levels. Learn More -
Headhunters Reefers Bundle Sticks
Reefers have a total of 7 dowels, the outer 6 dowels are birch and the centre rod is synthetic. Rather than band these together near the playing end, each stick has 3 ‘O’ Rings that can be adjusted to create your own sound spectrums. Headhunters Flip Outs Wire Brushes
Are a retractable wire drum brush; the Flip Outs do not have a pull rod which reduces their overall weight as compared to the Jazz Brush. These convenient and durable brushes only require a simple ‘flick of the wrist’ in order to engage the wires into a playing position. GripSure handles and an anti-slip inner sleeve mean the wires will remain exactly where you want them. Flips Outs have a standard 7/16” diameter tube with a comfortable rubber grip. Headhunters Bing Bongs
Bing Bongs use the popular Doobies and Blunt double cut centre dowel concept. The Bing Bongs are white and black alternating polypropylene strands surrounding a 7/16 inch centre dowel. The centre dowel is a premium birch, it is double cut down to the ‘sweet spot’. This concept allows the end to compress and open as it is played. At low volumes this dramatically increases its rebound making buzz rolls and double strokes rolls a reality.
