If you’re looking for a versatile snare with a wide tuning, great attack and sensitivity, our Impact Series snare was built for you.  This snare can produce the power for rock/metal and the responsiveness for jazz.

The design consists of solid batter and resonant bearing edge sections, with a hollow core made of thin internal and external walls that slip into joints on the bearing edge sections.

Ludwig B-Stock snares have strictly cosmetic blemishes that happened at the Ludwig Factory. The blemishes are usually difficult to find and the drum will still function, perform, and sound just as well as an 'A-Stock'. These drums are still factory sealed, and minus any cosmetic issues, factory B-Stocks will still carry Ludwig's Factory Warranty.
