Building off of the already popular and elegant Canopus 5.5x14 Hammered Bronze - Canopus has extended this line into a deeper 6.5" version. Featuring the same wide hammering marks as the 5.5, this 8-lug 6.5" drum has a warmth comparable to a wood shell while offering the projection of a metal shell. Featuring 8 lugs, this allows the drum to breathe and resonate more, while the die-cast hoops add an extra ounce of projection and cut. Bronze has consistently been a staff favorite of ours for a while, as it covers a wide range of sonics and styles exceedingly well and can handle any dynamic situation.
