You saw Sonny at Drum Daze several years ago, and his playing and teaching are absolutely top notch. He is well known for his work with Earth Wind and Fire, as well as Bette Midler and others. Jeff Hamilton and his Trio, May 13th
Jeff Hamilton and his Trio will be hosting a benefit concert for the Jazz Studies department of the School of Music at Ohio State. As such, this will be held in the historic Hughes Auditorium in Hughes Hall (the original school of music building) at Ohio State. Seating is limited, so be sure to get tickets early!

Mike Portnoy autograph session, May 16th
There are more details to come, but sometime the afternoon of May 16th, between sound check and dinner, Mike Portnoy will be making a one-hour appearance at the shop to sign autographs and talk to fans. Stay tuned...
Drum Daze News

Thanks for all your interest in Drum Daze this year! The number of e-mails and calls we've gotten so far has been overwhelming. Unfortunately, due to scheduling issues with the Riffe Center, there will be a one-year break from our annual Drum Daze festival. Now, before you think all is lost, don't worry. We're working hard to try to make it up to you. We have been able to schedule some events which should help ease our lust for amazing drumming this spring!
